The studio holds a carefully curated timetable of body-connected classes — including somatic practices, movement-based sessions, strength and resilience building, and spaces for peace, joy, fun, stillness, rest, and restoration.

Alongside the weekly rhythm, Drift hosts workshops and events led by trusted practitioners with deep knowledge and lived experience, drawn from both our local and national community.
These offerings are designed to support reconnection — to body, breath, and presence — within a space that feels grounded, safe, and held.
